I've always been interested in what makes people think, feel, and see things differently.
Hi, I'm Celicia—a creative director, brand strategist, and the founder of Aligned Collective.
Creativity has been part of my life since childhood, but my curiosity has always extended beyond the creative itself. I'm fascinated by how people think, what influences their decisions, and how those decisions shape the way we experience brands.
My background spans branding, marketing, visual merchandising, customer experience, and creative production. Each experience has strengthened my belief that good creative work begins with understanding the people and purpose behind it.
i founded aligned collective in 2025 with a desire to put my skills in service of others. as a Black Muslim woman, my faith and lived experiences shape the values i bring to my work: integrity, curiosity, care, and a commitment to helping businesses make decisions they can stand behind.
